LERAE KARN- PARTNER
LeRae Karn focuses on commercial litigation, primarily in the areas of oil and gas disputes, representation of trustees in complex corporate fraud cases, patent and licensing disputes, and general business litigation on both sides of the docket. LeRae has worked with Butch Boyd since 1997, initially at the law firm of MehaffyWeber, PC.
In 2015, LeRae joined the Butch Boyd Law Firm to continue working with Butch, where her practice remains focused on commercial litigation. In addition to representing plaintiffs in their claims, LeRae has also secured successful outcomes on the defense side of litigation. LeRae represents both companies and individuals and has successfully litigated a wide range of matters, including commercial and residential construction, personal injury, pharmaceutical litigation, product defects, and employment law disputes.
